Where the work actually stands. The columns are Mimir's own build stages rather than invented marketing tiers, which is why one of them is Blocked on a gate and another is Open decisions — work that is genuinely parked, stated as parked, beats work quietly dropped from the list and never mentioned again. The three Later columns are the standing rule applied to everything further out too: near, mid and far horizon, staged in order rather than "parked" or dropped — including a few capabilities an early design pass set aside as core architecture and is now reinstating as ordinary roadmap items, at the bottom of the list, not the bin.
